Warm Summer Toast . . .

Sometimes one recipe and a few pictures say it all . . .

this was one of those times!!!

Amazing toasts - from one of my new favorite recipe books . . .

 

What Katie Ate!!

Warm Crusty Bread . . . piled high with goat cheese,

 sauteed mushrooms, thyme, and walnuts . . .

and topped with shaved parmesan, chopped parsley,

cracked pepper, sea salt . . .

 and - a drizzle of olive oil!!

(I have also drizzled a little honey on this one!)
